Seat & Back Cushions

We do not recommend removing and washing seatbacks or cushions, as the covers are not sewn in a way that allows this. Doing so may reduce the lifespan of the covers and could also invalidate your warranty.

Product Safety

Additional care should be taken when operating recliner mechanisms, as they can be dangerous if misused. Always take care to ensure that there are no obstructions when using the electric or manual recliners. Petsin particular tend to like hiding underneath this kind of furniture, which may get stuck in the mechanism when the chair is reverted back upright.

Moving your Sofa

When moving sofas, be sure to lift with good form to protect your back. Always lift from the bottom of the sofa and avoid the temptation to lift it by the arm pads. Also, be sure to lift the sofa rather than pushing it across the floor, as it may leave marks on the flooring below.
