Whatever your location, Aintree Sofas will do whatever it takes to have your shipment delivered to your door and brought into your home as promptly as possible. All local deliveries in and around Liverpool are charged at a flat rate of £40 (or £50 for PR, WA and WN postcodes), while all other UK mainland shipments are available and charged individually by contacting us first. We’ll ensure your furniture is delivered at a time and date to suit your schedule, providing you with a quick reminder call on the day of delivery to ensure you’re at home. Delivery of instore items takes place Wednesday and Friday, with no specific set delivering hours. Whatever your preferences, we’ll do our best to ensure your furniture is delivered at the most convenient time to suit your schedule. Average delivery times vary in accordance with the size of the shipment and the location of the delivery, but we always aim to have in-stock items delivered within 14 days from the time of purchase. Made to measure sofa production and delivery times vary in accordance with the size, nature and complexity of the order. You’ll be provided with an accurate estimation at the time you place your order, after which you will be able to track your order by logging into your Aintree Sofas account online. In most instances, we aim to complete all made to measure sofa production and delivery requests within five to six weeks from the time the order is placed. We provide a service to remove and dispose of old sofas and furniture, available exclusively in the local £45 delivery area and offered at an additional cost of £45. However, we ask that all furniture to be collected and disposed of is ready to pick up outside your property in a clean and dry condition. All removal services MUST be agreed upon before delivery day. This is to ensure we are not holding another customers brand new suite in the van, before putting your old one in for health reasons. If this isn't agreed upon beforehand, the delivery team will refuse to remove the old one and you will have to rearrange your delivery, but you will still incur the original delivery fee as the drivers have used up a slot booked for you. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any suites that are too unclean for health and safety reasons as we conduct all deliveries and collections using the same vehicles. Please consult with Aintree Sofas in advance if the furniture you would like to dispose of is particularly large or awkwardly shaped.

At Aintree Sofas, we prefer not to stick to a rigid delivery schedule. Instead, we offer prompt and convenient sofa delivery in Merseyside at most times throughout the week. Local delivery in Merseyside is charged at a flat rate of £40, which also includes any required assembly of your furniture and placing it in its final position in your home. Order fulfilment times vary in accordance with the nature of the order, though we always aim to complete deliveries within 14 days of the order being placed (for in-stock items). Our national delivery service covers all mainland UK addresses (individually priced). Aintree Sofas works closely with several major couriers and carriers across the UK, in order to offer prompt and reliable national delivery at an affordable price. National delivery times vary in in accordance with the size of the shipment and the items ordered, though we aim to fulfil most orders within 14 working days (for in-stock items).
